1. About Coach+
Coach+ is an online marketplace and software platform that connects learners with independent coaches across Australia. Coach+ is not a party to coaching arrangements formed between learners and coaches, and does not employ, supervise or guarantee coaches.
2. Marketplace disclaimer
Coaches are independent providers responsible for their own services, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing and conduct. Verification badges reflect documents reviewed at a point in time and are not a warranty. Learners should make their own enquiries before engaging a coach.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts for children under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
4. Coach obligations
Coaches must hold any licences, checks (including Working With Children Checks where relevant) and insurance required for their services, must not claim qualifications they cannot evidence, and must comply with Australian Consumer Law including honouring consumer guarantees.
5. Fees and GST
Coach+ subscription fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable. Tax invoices are issued for all paid plans. Fees for coaching services are set by coaches.
6. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Content and conduct
You must not post misleading, unlawful, infringing or harmful content, harass other users, or misuse the messaging system. We may moderate, remove content, and suspend accounts for breaches.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Coach+ excludes liability for the acts or omissions of coaches and learners. Our total liability is limited to re-supplying the platform services or the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
