🛡️ WWCC verification. Coaches in child-related categories can submit their Working With Children Check for admin verification. Only verified checks display a badge — badges are never self-claimed.

🔍 Profile moderation. New coach profiles are reviewed before appearing in the marketplace. Qualifications claimed without evidence are not displayed as verified.

💬 Safe messaging. Enquiries are routed through the platform. Coach personal contact details are never exposed unless the coach chooses to display them.

📍 Location privacy. Exact addresses are hidden by default — maps show approximate locations until a booking is confirmed.

👨‍👩‍👧 For parents. Create and manage child learner profiles from your own account, approve communications, and filter searches to WWCC-verified coaches only.
