Legal & Trust

1.1. Coach+ provides the technology that helps learners discover, contact and pay independent coaches. Coach+ is not a party to the coaching arrangement formed between a learner and a coach.

1.2. Coach+ does not employ, supervise, direct, endorse or guarantee any coach, and is not responsible for the services coaches provide.

2.1. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Accounts for children under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

3.1. Coach+ subscription fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable; tax invoices are issued for all paid plans. Fees for coaching services are set by coaches.

4.1. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.1. You must not post misleading, unlawful, infringing or harmful content, harass other users, or misuse messaging. We may moderate, remove content, and suspend accounts for breaches.

6.1. To the extent permitted by law, Coach+ excludes liability for the acts or omissions of coaches and learners. Our total liability is limited to re-supplying the platform services or the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

1.1. You provide coaching services in your own right. You are not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Coach+, and nothing on the platform creates such a relationship.

1.2. You set your own services, availability, pricing and policies, and you are solely responsible for delivering them.

By listing on Coach+, you represent and warrant, on an ongoing basis, that you:

• hold all qualifications, registrations, licences and insurance you claim or that your services require;
• hold a current Working With Children Check (or state equivalent) where your services involve minors, and will produce evidence on request;
• have the legal right to work and provide your services in your location;
• will not misrepresent your experience, credentials or outcomes; and
• will comply with all applicable laws, including child-safety, consumer, privacy and tax laws.

2.1. You must keep these current and notify us promptly if any becomes untrue.

3.1. Coach+ reviews new profiles only for completeness and policy compliance before listing. This review is not a background check, qualification check, character reference or endorsement, and must not be relied on as one.

3.2. A "Verified" badge, where shown, means a specific document was sighted at a point in time. It is not a warranty of a coach's suitability, safety or ongoing status.

3.3. Listing approval may be automated. We may decline, pause or remove a listing at our discretion, and are not obliged to give reasons.

4.1. You indemnify Coach+ and its operators against all claims, losses, liabilities and costs arising from your services, your conduct, your credentials or checks, or your breach of this Agreement or the law — including any claim brought by a learner, parent or third party.

5.1. We may suspend or remove your profile immediately where we reasonably believe there is a safety, legal or policy risk.

1.1. Coach+ does not verify coaches beyond a basic completeness and policy review. You are responsible for making your own enquiries about a coach's suitability, qualifications and insurance before engaging them.

1.2. For services involving children, we strongly encourage you to independently confirm the coach's Working With Children Check with the relevant state authority, and to supervise sessions where appropriate.

2.1. Coaching fees, session terms and cancellation policies are set by each coach and form a contract between you and that coach. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

3.1. If you have a safety concern about a coach or a message, report it via our Report a concern page. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3.2. Accounts for people under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

1.1. Account and profile details, enquiry and booking information, messages sent through the platform, payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified providers such as Stripe), and device/usage data for security and analytics.

2.1. To operate the marketplace, connect learners and coaches, process payments, provide support, keep the platform safe, and meet legal obligations.

3.1. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and may ask us about how it is handled, by contacting privacy@coachplus.example.

1.1. Paid plans include a free trial. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then.

1.2. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or in the case of a duplicate or unauthorised charge — email support@coachplus.example.

2.1. Refunds and cancellations for sessions, packages and courses are governed by each coach's stated policy and by the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees, which cannot be excluded.
